Research and Advocacy

We actively participate in research and evaluation, and partner with tertiary institutions and funding bodies to contribute to government understanding of the plight of service users and the work we do with our clients.

Staff contribute their experience and knowledge of community needs through presentations at conferences and in journals. The organisation is committed to advocating on behalf of our clients and the more vulnerable in our community and we use our expertise to inform and influence government and our stakeholders.
