What happens to my application? 


Following the application close date, applications will be reviewed by the relevant supervisor for short listing purposes.

If you are successful in securing an interview, you can expect to hear from the supervisor generally within a few weeks after the application close date. Interviews, reference checking and any other skills tests are then conducted.

All candidates will be informed of the outcome of their application at the end of the recruitment process.

All offers of employment will be subject to the successful applicant providing original or certified copies of the qualifications and licenses relevant to the role. A photocopy of these qualifications will be made and kept on the employee's personnel file.

All applicants will be required to undergo pre-screening background checks such as a Police Check and must hold a current  Working with children check prior to commencement of their position. 


Bethany will use the Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) system to check if appointees are allowed to work in Australia.  

All new employees will be required to complete a pre-existing injury declaration form. Some applicants may be asked to undergo a medical assessment that will relate to skills required within the relevant position.

All new employees undergo a three month probationary period in their relevant role.
