 With around 140 staff we operate from three locations throughout the Barwon South West region at Hamlyn Heights and Grovedale in Geelong and in Warrnambool.

 

Our leadership team has an annual training program and we provide each team  with the opportunity for staff training days as well as access to a training budget.

We have twice yearly agency meetings as well as monthly team meetings to facilitate regular communication between all staff.
